Convert XLW to XLS

Excel Workspace files (.xlw) are just some kind of settings, not a spreadsheet thus cannot be saved or converted to XLS format. However, some older versions of Excel used XLW extension also for workbooks. For these files it may be possible to converted the data to another spreadsheet format, but for modern Excel files xlw to xls conversion is not possible.
