Very few programs offer direct export of data from Excel spreadsheets (.xls) to Open Financial Exchange format (.ofx). But most programs that deal with OFX format support CSV format as well, so the most convenient way would be to simply export your .xls files as .csv files and then use of the available csv to ofx converters.
