Convert WPL to WMDB

It is extremely unlikely that it is possible to directly convert playlists (.wpl) to Windows Media player databases (.wmdb), but you can surely use it for making a new library from which you can generate a .wmdb file with all the metadata for the audio files and songs. But direct wpl to wmdb conversion with some sort of converter is doubtful.
