Convert WBD to XLSX

The long discontinued Microsoft Works actually offered support for formats from Microsoft Excel XLS format. If you have access to Microsoft Works you can simply re-save .wbd files as .xls files and open these in Microsoft Excel, where you can save them to XLSX format. Except for that and without Works, it will be pretty impossible to achieve wbd to xlsx conversion.
