Using the original software, Band-in-a-Box, to convert WAVE Audio Files directly to Band-in-a-Box MIDI files (.wav to .mgu conversion), which should be fairly straightforward.
Band-In-a-Box allows users to produce MGU files out of WAV audio files. To do so, simply use the Audio Chord Wizard software function.
We are not aware of any third-party alternatives capable of converting WAV to MGU.
