Convert VEP to VEP4

vep to vep4 conversion seems to be related to AVS Video Editor software and some kind of export between different projects. Unfortunately, ti doesn't seem very likely that you can convert one version of AVS Video Editor projects to another (like from .vep to .vep4). But perhaps previously used projects might still be imported in the latest version of the software so they can be used to edit or produce video content.
