Convert VCF to WORD

It is extremely unlikely that you will find a dedicated converter that would offer you a direct way to  convert vCard contacts (.vcf) to a Microsoft Word document (.doc, .docx). Said that, you can simply open .vcf file using any text editor (it's just a special text file) and copy and paste the content to Word or other word processor so you can save it as a document. Of course such files will not be useable as contacts file for the purpose of contacts import/export.
