vcf to ipd conversion looks like something attempted by Blackberry users to import their contacts (saved as .vcf file) to an existing Blackberry backup (.ipd file). Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to exist any direct way for this, except for import the contacts to your device and then making a brand new backup.
The database currently does not contain any vcf file converter.
