It seems that vcf to doc conversion is searched by users that would like to recover or extract list of contacts from vCard file and save it in MS document. Considering that .vcf file is text-based, you can just open it using any text editor and copy and paste the text (list of contacts) to Word.
The database currently does not contain any vcf file converter.
