If you are looking for a way to import vCard contacts to your Nokia Phone, you don't need to convert them to .nbu format (Nokia Phone Backup) - and it's most likely impossible anyway.
Simply import the .vcf file to your device using Bluetooth, and load it directly from your inbox. A faster solution might be importing .vcf files into Outlook, and then syncing those with devices with the Nokia PC Suite installed.
