Convert TXT to DBK

DocBook sources (.dbk) can be prepared from many sources, including plain text documents (.txt). You can prepare these files using pretty much any text editor, however you have to know the syntax of semantic markup language for technical documentation. Some text editors contain settings for DocBook syntax already, wi which should make it much more convenient.
