Converting TeamViewer Video Session Files directly to MPEG-4 Videos (.tvs to .mp4 conversion) is, per se, not possible; at least not without a workaround.
The TeamViewer tool itself is capable of exporting its own saved sessions in AVI format. All you need to do is use the default convert function accessible from the main menu bar. You can use this function with one of the built-in codecs.
The resulting AVI file can then easily be converted to MP4 format. To do so, refer to the AVI to MP4 conversion entry.
