Everything points to the fact that it is not possible to convert TREC to CAMPROJ files, even though both originate from Camtasia and as such direct trec to camproj conversion is most likely not feasible. Nonetheless, both file types can be exported to video formats in Camtasia.

Simply put, it is impossible to convert TREC to CAMPROJ directly.
