Apparently, it is not possible to convert the latest .tns documents (TI-Nspire) to plain text format (.txt files). Some older versions of TNS format were just a special ZIPs with extra header so it is not recognized in various utilities that support ZIP, but the latest versions appear to be in a proprietary format, making direct tns to txt conversion troublesome.
The database currently does not contain any tns file converter.
