TextMaker text editor supports Microsoft Office formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), so you can simply re-save .tmd documents as .doc, or .docx files using the File ► Save as.. function. It might not be perfect, but probably works except for some unique formatting and is likely only reliable way to achieve tmd to docx conversion anyway.
