Convert TBL to TXT

Table files (.tbl) are mostly text formats already, so you can simply rename them to TXT (.txt) should you wish it, no need for tbl to txt conversion. Anyways, you can easily open TBL files using text editors even without renaming the extension from TBL to TXT, simply with the  File → Open function and that should do the trick as well.
