Some of the dedicated embroidery software might be able to export vector images in SVG format as a Janome embroidery designs (.jef files). If you cannot get your hands on a program that allows svg to jef conversion directly, it might be worth experimenting with another tool that can generate embroidery designs from SVG graphics and then convert these to JEF format.
