step to ipt conversion seems to be related to either direct conversion between ISO STEP product files and Inventor files, or import of STEP files to Inventor. You can of course import .stp or .step files to Inventor, but if you do not have access to Autodesk Inventor you will have to rely on some 3rd party alternatives to achieve such export, unfortunately we do not know about many at this time.
For best information about export to Inventor formats, or import of files to Inventor, it would be best to either contain Autodesk support or access their community resources and user forums.
