Convert SRT to TEXT

You can just simply rename srt file extension to text and open the file using any text editor, simply because subtitle files (.srt) are common text files, just with special structure - no special srt to text conversion is required.

You should pay attention to the actual text encoding of the subtitle file. Sometimes text can be encoded in different character sets, such as UTF-8 (universal for many languages) or ASCII (simple English text), or even in other codes special for certain regions, countries and languages.
