Convert SPV to SPO

If any software is capable of exporting or recovering data from .spv files to .spo files (statistics outputs), it would SPSS statistics software for statistical analysis. It looks like that spv to spo conversion would be export from newer format to older, it might be actually very hard to achieve this. And the fact that SPSS formats are not that supported in 3rd party software alternatives makes the situation even worse. But perhaps latest versions of SPSS offer backward compatibility.
