In case you are looking for a way to export your Galaxy S Note notes (.spd) as Microsoft Word documents, the only way to do that would be through the desktop version of S Note. It does not allow export to .doc files directly, but offers export to PDF format and you can import .pdf files to latest MS Word and just save it as a document file.
The database currently does not contain any spd file converter.
