Convert SPB to CSB

SPB files, commonly used by Samsung devices to store data such as contacts or notes, and CSB files, which might refer to a custom data storage format, are not natively compatible. Samsung discontinued Kies in favor of its more modern and versatile replacement, Smart Switch, which provides a better user experience and supports a wider range of newer Samsung devices. Kies was initially designed to manage older Samsung smartphones, allowing users to sync data, back up files, and perform firmware updates. However, it is not compatible with Samsung devices released after 2016.
