It doesn't look like there is a way how SmartEncryptor encrypted archives (.sme files) could be converted to PDF format. However, it might be possible that some PDF documents are located within the encrypted .sme file. If that is the case, you will need to decrypt and extract the archive using SmartEncryptor as no other program can access these files.
Except for that, we do not know about any other possible sme to pdf conversion.
Simply put, it is impossible to convert SME to PDF directly.
Thus, there is no so-called sme to pdf converter or a free online .sme to .pdf conversion tool.
