It appears there aren't many options for converting Band-In-a-Box MIDI Files directly to WAVE Audio Files (.sgu to .wav conversion) outside the original software.
Your best bet is, therefore, using Band-In-a-Box itself, as it lets users easily export its SGU MIDI files in other audio formats, including WAV.
Alternatively, you can try using MuseScore, as it also seems capable of converting SGU to WAV.
