Adobe Premiere supports many file multimedia file types, both for import and export, so it is likely you can export your projects (.prproj) to QuickTime video (.mov) using the default export function. It might be possible that some other video editing tools may be able to process .prproj files from Adobe Premiere, but this will be very rare.
