MikiMikuDance models (.pmd) can be possibly exported and translated to numerous other 3D model formats, including models used by Microsoft Direct-X. Such pmd to x conversion can be for example done with with Pmx Editor or similar. Maybe some professional 3D modeling tools may also be of help here, but that may require a plugin.
