Convert PMD to P65

If any program can help you convert or save .pmd and .p65 files, it would be Adobe PageMaker, the very same software that actually uses these files, albeit in different versions. This particular case of PageMaker converter is export between different versions, which means that higher version should perhaps work with files created in the previous one. Unfortunately, this also seem to be the only way how achieve pmd to p65 conversion.
