ArchiCAD software supports DWG format even in the latest AC 1027 format which is used since 2014, so you can simply use the default export function to export projects (.pla) as DWG CAD drawings, i.e. convert pla to dwg.This seems to be the only how you can achieve pla to dwa conversion.
