Is there a possibility to convert .pk peak files to .wav audio format?

This is not the most straightforward request, yet converting Audition Peak Files directly to WAVE Audio Files (.pk to .wav conversion) should be possible.
The tricky part is that you will need older Adobe Audition versions (v4 and older), since in newer versions the PK file format was replaced by the currently used PKF format.
It is highly unlikely that you will find a third-party alternative capable of converting PK to WAV.
