Convert PDS to JPG

Rare Planetary Data Systems images (.pds files) are somewhat uncommon files, but still supported in some image viewers and converters. Export to JPEG format is certainly possible, simply by resaving the image to other format. But this might actually remove some special aspects of PDS format and just make standard photo from it.
