XMind, a mind mapping and brainstorming tool, does not allow users to directly import Adobe Portable Documents to new/existing XMind Workbooks (.pdf to .xmind conversion). There is, however, a simple workaround you can execute since the software allows the import of DOCX files.
First, convert PDF to DOCX (Microsoft Word document format), so that you can later import your Word file in XMind.
We are not aware of any 3rd party alternative for direct pdf to XMind conversion.
