As far as we know, it is impossible to directly export music notations from Adobe Portable Document Format to MusicXML Files (.pdf to .musicxml conversion). We haven't found any existing .pdf to .musicxml converter.
Try using a utility, such as ScanScore, first. From there, you can export your music notations as .musicxml/.mxl files. However, this will require some manual file editing since recovering data from PDF documents usually comes with formatting errors.
