At least some of the .pbb files were supposedly used for some kind of mobile contacts file type and as such there should be a way to export and save contacts (typically saved as CSV or VCF). Unfortunately we did not find any program or converter for pbb to csv conversion, but it seems that something like this indeed existed but is no longer easily available.
The database currently does not contain any pbb file converter.
