There is no possibility to export NWD files to any other format, which means that you won't be able to convert NavisWorks Documents directly to AutoCAD Drawings (.nwd to .dwg conversion). The whole purpose of the DWG file format are its secured/non-editable properties.
Should you need your data in DWG format, you will have to use the NWF (NavisWorks File Sets) file type as your source format. There is no software or converter capable of converting NWD to DWG.
