Nokia NbuExplorer works not only with the more common NBU but also NFB backups and can be used to extract the data from both of these files. Which means that you can use it to export the contacts from the backups and save them in vCard (.vcf format), pretty much achieving nfb to vcard conversion. The .vcard/vcf file can then be imported to any device or contacts manager.
