Converting old Nero BackItUp Files directly to JPEG Images (.nco to .jpeg conversion) appears to be only possible using the original software, Nero BackItUp, and the exact version in which your .nco file was created.
One possible workaround could be renaming the .nco extension to .zip, and extracting its content. Thus you will find your image files in separate folders, and under different names. You might, therefore, have to rename your pictures back to their original names.
