Microsoft Project probably has a default PDF export function available, or supports PDF format using the File ► Save as.. function. However you could always use the File ► Print function and save to PDF file instead printing on paper. Other than that, you can probably find 3rd party apps that also offer PDF export option for viewed Microsoft Project plans (.mpp).
