It appears that converting MP3 Audio Files directly to Guitar Pro 5 Tablatures (.mp3 to .gp5 conversion) is, per se, not possible; at least not without a workaround.
First, you will need to convert MP3 to MIDI. You can then easily import/load your resulting MIDI file to a Guitar Pro tablature, and thus generating a GP5 file.
