You will, most likely, not be able to convert MIDI Files directly to PostScript Files (.mid to .ps conversion), but there should be a possible workaround you can try.
First, convert your MID file to a music notation format, such as for instance ABC. You can then export such notation file to PS format.
There are some dedicated tools needed for such conversion. The mid2abc software will help you generate an ABC music notation file, which you can then export in PS format using the yabs program.
