As far as we know, converting Musicator MIDI Files directly to standard MIDI Music Data Files (.mct to .midi conversion) should be possible, although your options are quite limited and it appears you will need to use the original software.
Use MCat, a music notation software, which should allow you to export its proprietary MCT files in MIDI music data format.
