LG QuickMemo app allows users to attach images (usually JPEG or PNG images) to their memos, however apparently does not offer the way to simply recover the picture back. No desktop software supports .lqm files, so the only viable choice to recover your pictures is to extract the .lqm file (just rename it to .zip) and look for the pictures folder that should contain any images that were attached to the .lqm memo.
The database currently does not contain any lqm file converter.
