Convert JPG to DICOM

Although you can probably save any image in DICOM format, for example via jpg to dicom conversion, it wouldn't be much of help actually. That is because DICOM images contain images used in medicine, like x-rays, ultrasounds and such. These images are created with specialized equipment and cannot be just created in a painting program.
