Guitar Pro Tablatures (software versions 1 & 2) can easily be converted to WAVE Audio Files (.gtp to .wav conversion), although it is not a conversion in the proper sense.
You won't have many options, but your best bet is certainly using the original software, Guitar Pro. It allows users to export its GTP tablatures directly in WAV audio format.
Alternatively, you may try your luck using MuseScore, as it should also be capable of converting GTP to WAV.
