Convert GER to TXT

Unfortunately, we do not know about specific ger to txt conversion or what it might represent actually. But generally speaking, all text files regardless of their file suffix can be just renamed as .txt files. This makes them instantly associated with Notepad, but you could have opened the file in text editor even without changing the suffix anyway.
