Convert GCT to XLSX

GenePattern data files (.gct) are in simple tab-delimited text, so they can be opened in any text editor or spreadsheet programs. This means you can simply import these files to Microsoft Excel and save them as Excel spreadsheets, which will essentially achieve gct to xlsx conversion. The resulting file will get just the data and no formatting from the original .gct file.
