Actually, there might perhaps exist a way how to convert older FCD Virtual CD backup images (.fcd) to Virtual Hard Disk files (.vhd) with IsoBuster, but overall fcd to vhd conversion does not appear to be straightforward or simple. But it is more likely that you will be only able to extract the contents of .fcd files. Once this is done, it might be possible to use the disk2vhd utility to generate vhd file from physical disk.
