As far as we know, converting FlashBack Screen Recordings directly to MP3 Audio Files (.fbr to .mp3 conversion) is, per se, not possible. You might need to do a small workaround.
Use the BB FlashBack software, which allows users to export their FBR recordings to various formats, such as AVI.
Simply convert the resulting file to MP3 format. To do so, please check the AVI to MP3 conversion entry.
