You should be to save .et spreadsheet to Excel format using the original program Kingsoft Spreadsheets, but unfortunately no other spreadsheet programs seems to support ET format. Such et to xls conversion should be doable with the default Save function found in the program.
The database currently does not contain any et file converter.
