Converting Open eBook Files directly to Adobe InDesign Documents (.epub to .indd conversion) should be possible and doable using Adobe InDesign itself, since it allows users to import .epub files. Those can then be saved as .indd files.
We are not aware of any third-party solution or (online) conversion utility capable of directly converting .epub to .indd.
