Convert EML to CHTML

Email messages in EML format can be usually exported to normal HTML, which in turn can be converted to CHTML in a proper text editor with support for both of these program. It doesn't seem that any dedicated converter for eml to chtml conversion exists, but still it should be doable manually with text editors.
